Ajax security cameras feature AI-powered object recognition for efficient event recording and reduced storage usage. This technology ensures that the surveillance system records only significant events, such as a person entering a room or a car driving into a parking space. From now on, notifications on every specific detection event can be received via Ajax apps and displayed on the dedicated Video tab within the notifications feed. Notifications on AI-driven object detection are available on Ajax Security System 3.8 and later, Ajax PRO: Tool for Engineers 2.7 and later, Ajax PRO Desktop 4.8 and later.

Ajax's AI-powered security cameras recognize the difference between the objects. Users select the object type on which they want to receive notifications:

• People.

• Animals.

• Vehicles.

• Or several object types simultaneously.

Besides, users can adjust when notifications are generated based on the security mode:

• When armed: Notifications are sent only when security mode is on.

• Always: Notifications are sent regardless of the security mode.

The cameras allow selective recording, and all AI-driven processes only occur on the camera level, minimizing infrastructure load and improving storage efficiency.
