  • Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00. We provide out of hours support, 24/7 to all existing customers with an up to date maintenance agreement.

  • Our maintenance package is very generous and we keep the cost to nominal annual fee. Thre are some common problems we couldn’t possibly cover, which would be in line with any other security service provider.

    Problems caused by switching internet providers: It’s not considered a fault with the equipment and any help required such as port forwarding would be chargeable. This is fair and often discounted for anyone under agreement.

    Assisting with tasks: Should you call us to site to help burn footage, install software on a desktop, move a sensor temporarily for building works. These are all common requests, but they are not faulty products or problems we can prevent. They are vey costly to us with travel, tools and labour, therefore a nominal labour charge is applicable.
